PLACING AN ORDER

There are three ways to shop:

1) On-line via our website, using your credit card for payment; or
2) Add items to cart, print page and mail in your order; or
3) Phone your order in, using your credit card for payment.

If you do not have a credit card and wish to pay by check or money order, your order will be processed and shipped after your payment has cleared. Terms are only offered to companies who purchase wholesale and have been approved for credit.

We use PayPal for our on-line purchases. With PayPal payments can be made with a credit card or directly with a banking account. If PayPal is selected as payment method during checkout you will be connected with PayPal upon payment completion. Shoppers using PayPal must be a PayPal member and will be prompted to join upon connection, if not already a member. PayPal membership is fast, easy, free.

SALES TAX:

We charge 7.75% Sales Tax (for California residents) on all retail orders. If you want to buy wholesale, we need to have your information on file, including your sellers permit number.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

All orders are shipped via US Mail or UPS. We charge the following for shipping and handling your order:

Up to $9.99 $3.95
$10.00 - $49.99 $7.95
$50.00 - $99.99 $12.95
$100.00 - $199.99 $20.95
$200 and up $24.95

Express shipping is available for an additonal charge.

Most in-stock merchandise can be shipped within 3-5 business days. Special orders will be quoted individually.

RETURNS:
All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service department and issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
GUARANTEE:
We offer a 100% guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will exchange them or refund your money. Remember, if you are returning a product for exchange, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product(s).
WHOLESALE & PRIVATE LABEL:
We are obliged to offer wholesale pricing to those companies that qualify. We will be happy to provide you with a quote for bulk pricing and possible quantity discounts. For Private Label services, a signed purchase order/contract is required and certain minimums and restrictions may apply. Blanket orders are approved on an individual basis and may not exceed 6 months, based on regular monthly pulls.
